How often is equipment cleaned? 

Our equipment is cleaned before, during, and after your event. We use non-toxic disinfectants to clean our equipment.

How long can I rent equipment?
Rentals consist of 4 hours of FUN! 

Is there a delivery fee? 
The first 10 miles are complimentary. If your event location is further than 10 miles, a delivery fee may be quoted at the time of booking

Is the deposit refundable? 
All deposits are non-refundable unless Party Couture cancels the event. If for any reason we have to cancel your event, we will offer your next rental FREE of charge. If you cancel, you may apply the deposit to a future booking and must be redeemed within 6 months.

What is your weather policy?
We will NOT set up outdoors if rain is in the forecast. Please have a plan B set in place. If an indoor location is unavailable, we will reschedule your event.

Outdoor set ups must be under a shaded area to ensure children’s safety. Equipment can get very hot.

Outdoor surfaces must be dirt free, flat, and safe for children.

Do you have any rules/restrictions on the toddler equipment? 
  1. Ages 0-4 only
  2. Must wear socks, no shoes (including adults)
  3. No food, candy or drinks of any kind in play area
  4. No climbing on or over fence 
  5. No mess prone items such as face paint, silly string, bubbles, slime, glitter, art supplies
  6. No sharp objects, no pens, no high heels
  7. No pets 
  8. Please keep ALL equipment in the play area
  9. Parents stay and watch me play at all times
  10. Play at your own risk.

What is the pricing for custom items?
Each custom item is unique and requires its own process and pricing. Pricing is based on: the type of item (tumbler, bag, treats, etc.), the artwork/complexity of the design, and the number of details/time going into the customization. 

What is the turnaround time for custom items? 
Custom items may take 1-2 weeks, please book as early as possible to ensure the items are available on time.

Can my photo be added to custom items? 
Yes, personal images may be added, however, please note: completed work will be posted on our website's portfolio and social media for promotional purposes. 

What is the refund policy on custom items? 
Due to the nature of these products, all custom orders are final sale. We do provide images of the artwork for approval prior to print. We also provide updates on the order once a portion of the items are crafted to ensure the client is completely satisfied. The client is engaged throughout the entire process.
